Design Approach

With the desire to provide distinctive and responsible design solutions, SA+A has implemented a design approach that emphasizes the uniqueness of each individual client and their project. Successful project completion is dependent upon a rigorous analysis of each client’s program, followed by the development of creative, functional design solutions within budget and schedule requirements.

Through the integration of computer aided design, computer modeling and animations, we have the tools and the training to clearly communicate our ideas to clients, which allows them to confidently make well-informed decisions. This technology provides a huge benefit for both the architect and the client by ensuring that ideas have been fully explored and completely understood. This aids in making the tough decisions that every project creates. Our process, by which we develop the project design is directly applicable in conveying the client, building committees and the community what is being done, by it’s being done, and what the new facility will look like.
